Custom screen printed goods are the most long lasting form of apparel decoration. We use screens coated in a light-sensitive emulsion with a transparent film for each color in your design. Exposing screens is similar to old school photographers exposing their photos in a darkroom. These screens get “registered” on the press to print exactly where we want them. We load your garment to begin printing! Screen printing is a craft and art all in one. It takes grit and a lot of attention to the details. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing

For many orders, we will suggest to use DTG printing. Direct-to-Garment printing is a method (similar to a paper printer) that allows 1 t-shirt to be printed at 1 time with an unlimited amount of colors. DTG printing is for 100% cotton or 100% cotton-facing garments. Cotton fabric keeps the colors more vibrant! This method uses CMYK water-based ink which is thinner than plastisol ink. If this is something you are unfamiliar with, we will always offer to print 1 sample garment to show how beautiful your custom full color prints can look.

Embroidery

Embroidery is perfect for hats and jackets though we can embroider all kinds of fabric. With many color options, we will automatically match your design up to the proper thread color. Embroidery creates a premium item for your audience. We will calculate your cost based on stitch count, amount of locations and amount of thread colors. We offer these with price breaks at quantities of 48, 72 and more! Embroidery has a minimum of 24 items.

Who doesn’t love stickers?! We love our custom die-cut stickers. They are a perfect addition to any order. We offer die cut stickers, bumper stickers, kiss cut stickers, and holographic stickers. A beautiful alternative option to embroidery is Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) - talk about affordability! The advantages to this are the unlimited amount of colors that you can use in one design. This is a very affordable custom merchandise option! We will print your design onto vinyl then use a heat press. We press the design onto the garment or hat with extremely high heat, peel the vinyl, and your design is printed & done! It is ready to wear directly from the press. After the initial press and peel, we will post-press your design to insure proper adhesion and a long lasting print! All colors can be custom matched to your branding at no additional charge in Pantone Solid Coated format.
